Narciso Medina is rehearsing his young dance troupe. Two dancers are trying to master a lift. Their first two tries have failed. Medina steps up onto the stage to talk and gesture briefly. The pair's next attempt is successful.
Practice Lifts takes gestures from the various attempts and conflates them into a single--multiple exposure--piece.
